Binding external apps to main buttons

I was able to bind external app 0 to the DVD main menu button. In developer mode everything works slow but it works. In live mode I get a "Could not execute shortcut. (Media Center)! file not found. Where does the Media Center shortcut fil need to stored to be found. I have a Media Center shortcut file in the "Streetdeck\Shortcuts\ExternalApps" directory.
