I don't want to destroy bandwidth here, so here's a link to a full blog post about my vehicle which sports Streetdeck! Link has higher resolution photos.

This project has taken me approximately 1 year to complete. Setup includes a molded LCD Touchscreen in dashboard, DVD-RW drive and powered USB hub in center console, GPS, OBD-II, and more.

Feel free to post comments or questions! Also, thanks to everyone for a great community to learn and spread ideas! We are the minority in this nerd category!

Nice install but what are you using the talon LEDs for? Are you a cop?

Hey bembowe,

I'm an emergency services officer, not a peace officer. Under Illinois law, they're considered 'courtesy lights', only used to request the right of way while in a personal vehicle. I use the lights for responding to calls to grab a full squad car.
