I am back! Chuck please help!!

Hey guys, I have been inactive on the forums for a long time but I am back and motivated lol!

Anyways I ordered streetdeck back in the day (I think it was 07?) and I purchased the v2 update...


Here are my issues

How do I get my activation serial number again? I *think* i got it back when I bought it but I am not 100% sure, I do know i dont have it handy anywhere, I never installed v2 in my car (v1 was running so damn smooth i never messed with it!)

What information do I need? I am currently trying to get my order information from mp3car because on their site it only lists orders from 08-present

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

These forums have been pretty much dead for a while now. However, I am not sure if you need a new purchase to move from v1 to v2.

I think you can recover your previous code on the streetdeck support page as long as you remember your free account login (not the forum login).

Well here is my issue

I purchased V1 at mp3car, I purchased V2 from here. But back when I bought both versions I was using @optonline.net, I no longer have that ISP and since changed. So when I click recover here, it only recognizes my @optonline.net account and emails it to it! I dont have access to that account lmao

Man I hope someone here can help, I cant repurchase something I never even got a chance to install!

Also I logged Downloads, and clicked V2 Distribution (which I assume is full install because its 1.6gb) and it just sits at 0% it doesnt download.

Did you email Chuck directly? Last time I emailed him at info@streetdeck.com he did reply.

If you DO get it going, you'll probably be sorely disappointed that you had spent so much money on incomplete software...

Are you at least able to download it? I can't help getting activated (like jmullan99 said, last time I emailed him he did respond), but you shouldn't have any issue trying to download it right now.

I finally did get v2 downloaded, installed & activated. I am impressed, I like v2 a lot I am just having some minor issues hopefully its user error or correctable, making a different post now. Thanks for the replies guys.
